Our room suite is located off Orchard Road, Singapore's premier shopping belt. Staying here provides you with easy access to all the major Singapore attractions including the shopping districts, Central Business District (CBD) at Raffles Place, Marina Bay, Chinatown, Clarke Quay, and the fun-filled island of Sentosa Singapore – which houses popular tourist attractions such as Universal Studios, Madame Tussauds, Marine Life Park, and Adventure Cove Waterpark.
The space
The interior is cozy décor offers the perfect ambiance for your stay.
The room is new and comes with New furniture. There is a queen-sized bed for 2 pax and the room is able to host up to 3 guests. The extra single mattress will be set up when the booking is made for more than 2 guests.
Additional charges apply if an extra single mattress is needed for 2nd guest.
The room is air-conditioned. Fully furnished with Brand New furniture, with a Private Bathroom, Table, Chairs, mini fridge, LCD TV, and a Wardrobe.
Shared laundry ( washer cum dryer) and shared pantry is available for our guests. The shared kitchenette comes with basic kitchen essentials such as an electric induction cooker, water dispenser for hot and cold water, microwave, pot, pan, and tablewares are provided. ONLY Light cooking is allowed.
Internet WIFI is provided - ideal for Internet Calls and Web Surfing.
The place and its surrounding are safe. Access to the building is via magnetic card & key and there is a lift in the building.

Have stayed in this property particularly in Orchard area. Making the booking was very smooth, I was assisted by Chan and he was extremely helpful, informative and flexible. Highly recommend their units as the location is great! Place is clean as its well maintained! Above all, safety is everything, so I’d love to come back next time
Used this company multiple times now. Good accommodations and decent prices. Chan helped in making sure stay was comfortable.
They do have slight issue with their finance department 🙂 Have faced issues in both stays I did with them – things get delayed but eventually resolved. Will help if they can streamline their finance processes.
Chan has been very helpful to us during our stay. He is always there when you needed help. Great location, clean rooms albeit limited food choices. The nearby construction can be a little noisy but otherwise a safe and quiet neighborhood.
